Kevin M. Moonan, Executive Vice President -  Sales & Marketing
Kevin Moonan has expertise in engineering, information technology, business, and sales and marketing.  He spent 34 years with IBM, beginning as a systems engineer prior to joining the U.S. sales team.  He has held a variety of executive positions, including Networking Systems director for the IBM U.S. Marketing and Services division.  Kevin  also served as a member of the IBM Senior Management Group, and on the board of IBM Credit Corporation.  After spending four years as general manager for the Utility & Energy Services Industry for the Americas , he was named vice president of global sales and marketing operations for IBM Global Industries, a $74 billion operation.
Kevin also spent time in Japan serving as the group director of business plans for IBM’s Asia/Pacific Group, and in London as assistant general manager of marketing for its Networking Systems division.  Since retiring from IBM, he has been on the board of global procurement exchange company Enporion, served as president of an e-knowledge management company in 2000-2001, and is presently Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Pinpoint Powered by Transparent.

Bob Lovallo, Audit Director
With over three decades in the business, Bob Lovallo began his career with IBM in New York City, working in the accounts payable department. At IBM, Bob held management positions in areas of internal audit, payables, financial systems, business controls, finance and accounting.

In 1997, Bob joined Loder Drew & Associates (LDA) as a senior auditor, going on to direct and manage large, complex audit engagements for Profit Recovery Group – Schultz (PRGS). Lovallo was recognized for having perfect client satisfaction ratings in all of his client engagements.
In 2004, Bob established Pinpoint Profit Recovery Services, Inc. and is currently Audit Director for Pinpoint powered by Transparent.

Brent C. Harris, Vice President – Strategic Planning and Business Development
Bringing experience earned during a 17 year career as a Certified Financial Manager and Business Entrepreneur, Brent joined Transparent USA in December 2013. He leads new Strategic Partnerships/Joint Collaboration Services and directs national sales development by managing Pinpoint’s North America Regional Sales Directors. Additionally, he manages Pinpoint powered by Transparent’s national brand awareness initiative - created by the 2014 merger between Pinpoint Recovery Services and Transparent USA.  
Prior to joining Pinpoint powered by Transparent, Brent was a Certified Financial Manager/Principal Director in the financial services industry beginning with UBS and concluding with Merrill Lynch. He managed Financial Advisors in multiple locations throughout the mid-west before embarking on his career as a franchise owner/operator of multiple restaurants. Brent has directed regional and national sales teams and managed or owned business operations for over 17 years.
