We attach great importance to the careful handling, processing and protection of personal data. Personal data are therefore carefully processed and protected by us. We comply with the requirements imposed by the Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Personal Data Protection Act). Transparent takes responsibility for all the data we process. Because our processing falls within the scope of the statutory exemption schemes, it is not registered the College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority). This privacy statement explains what personal data is collected and used and the objective thereof.

Storing and Processing of Data

We only store and use personal data directly provided by you or of which it is clear that it is provided to us during the provision thereof. Data that is no longer needed will be removed. Log-in System

The restricted area of this website is accessible only by our customers. Transparent provides customers with their log-in codes. To ensure even greater security when logging in, an RSA code must be entered. We will send you an RSA key (a so-called "authenticator") that generates a personal RSA code each time before you log in.

You are responsible for the security of your personal log-in information and "authenticator". We shall assume that anyone logging in with your log-in information and RSA code, has been authorised to use this login information. If you suspect unauthorised use of your log-in information or 'authenticator', you must inform us as soon as possible so that we can take action.

We have strict security procedures, e.g. to prevent unauthorised access to personal data. We specifically use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) protecting all exchanges of information between you and our website when filing a request for information
